BioShare is currently developing a large-scale industrial demonstration project in collaboration with a major Nordic energy company, focused on the production of Synthetic Biomethane from residual biomass using BioShare’s proprietary gasification and conversion technology.
The project represents a key milestone in the commercial rollout of BioShare’s integrated thermochemical platform and will demonstrate the technology’s performance under real operating conditions at full scale. A site selection process is actively underway, evaluating multiple locations based on biomass availability, grid access, infrastructure readiness, and integration potential with existing heat and power systems.
The goal is to establish a reference facility capable of producing renewable, grid-compatible methane or on-spec liquified biogas (LBG) with exceptionally high system efficiency and a strong climate footprint—paving the way for broader deployment across Europe’s industrial and energy sectors.
This project underscores BioShare’s role as a strategic partner in delivering next-generation, carbon-negative energy solutions—bridging the gap between today’s infrastructure and tomorrow’s circular energy economy.
