At BioShare, we offer a comprehensive Licensing, Basic Design, and Front-End Engineering (FEED) Service aimed at clients preparing to develop next-generation biorefinery projects. This service provides a critical bridge from early-stage project definition through to investment decision and execution planning, enabling project owners to move forward with high technical confidence and minimized risk.

Our service package includes three integrated components:

  • Technology Licensing Agreement: Clients gain access to BioShare’s proprietary technology portfolio, encompassing advanced processes for the production of renewable products such as synthetic biogas, electro-methane, biochar, FT-wax, and methanol. The licensing framework is structured to secure long-term value creation while allowing flexibility in adapting to project-specific needs during the design and execution phases.

  • Basic Design Package (BDP): We deliver a tailored Basic Design Package that establishes the critical technical foundation for the proposed facility. The package includes process flow diagrams (PFDs), preliminary mass and energy balances, major equipment lists with preliminary sizing, utility requirements, and preliminary plot plans. This foundation provides sufficient certainty for cost estimation, permitting strategies, and early-stage investment discussions.

  • Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) Package: Building on the Basic Design Package, BioShare’s FEED services deliver a more detailed and execution-ready engineering scope. This includes refined equipment specifications, vendor engagement for major packages, preliminary Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), project execution planning, and construction sequencing. FEED provides the final validation step before EPC contracting and final investment decision.

By engaging BioShare across this integrated service suite, clients will benefit from:

  • A high-precision technical basis for financing, permitting, and offtake negotiations

  • A structured pathway from conceptual definition through to project execution

  • Optimized energy and process integration for maximum project profitability

  • De-risked investment decisions with early identification and mitigation of project risks

  • Strategic technology licensing that ensures competitive advantage in emerging renewable markets

BioShare’s approach is designed to accelerate the project development timeline, enhance project bankability, and deliver sustainable operational outcomes for clients entering the renewable fuels and bioproducts sectors.
