BioShare is a Swedish technology and engineering company dedicated to advancing solutions for biomass conversion and sustainable energy systems. Founded in 2017, BioShare was born out of a strong belief that existing Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants can play a pivotal role in the energy transition. Instead of being phased out or underutilized due to changing energy markets, these plants can be transformed into flexible biorefineries, producing renewable fuels, chemicals, and materials alongside heat and power.
Our foundation is built on the idea “From Co-Generation to Poly-Generation” – creating multi-product energy hubs that maximize resource efficiency and extend the lifecycle of biocarbon and other renewable feedstocks. This approach enables industries and utilities to decarbonize while leveraging existing infrastructure, significantly reducing both cost and risk compared to greenfield investments.
We combine in-depth knowledge in energy market dynamics and fundamentals with practical experience to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and future-ready energy solutions. Through strong partnerships with academia and industry, we support our customers across the full development cycle — from concept to commercial operation.
